Ann was wonderful throughout the entire process of listing and selling our home. From our first session prior to listing, I was impressed with her knowledge of the business and how she moved the process along. It was always easy get answers from her, and she kept us apprised of all developments. She handled several requirements of the inspector efficiently and successfully, finding proficient contractors to do the work. Then, a few days before the scheduled closing, a bank appraiser requested fixing chipped paint in the garage. Going well above the call of duty, Ann painted our garage floor herself so we could close on time. Throughout it all, I enjoyed our meetings and especially appreciated her sense of humor.

Alison was great to us from the very beginning. Being a first time homebuyer, she was very patient with us and all of our questions and concerns. Although we are one of her first clients, she took the time to get answers to our questions that she didn't know off-hand. I was very impressed with her knowledge with being new to the industry. Our offer and closing process was much faster than we ever anticipated due to a variety of factors. All throughout the process Alison was very timely with her communication and responsibilities. At closing, she even went as far as providing us with some amazing welcome gifts that we could use in our new home. We have worked with Steve to purchase two houses and now to sell a house. He is by far the most knowledgable realtor we have worked with. I highly recommend Mr Slotter as a realtor. He does his homework and explains everything in detail regarding information on the sale and reasons for what should be done. This is not only done to his client but also to the other parties. This is not the first time we have used Steve and he has gone the extra mile each time to update / upgrade and prepare properties for sale. He was very engaged in the preparation and the showing and sale. Excellent communication as well. Was always very quick to meet my needs, knew exactly what I was looking for, always went out of his way for me!!! Great guy, highly recommend. Met me at 1100pm the night of closing for a final walk through because the sellers agent was less than prepared for this closing!!! Always assured me through this stressful time, "everything will be ok"
