It was always easy get answers from her, and she kept us apprised of all developments. She handled several requirements of the inspector efficiently and successfully, finding proficient contractors to do the work. Then, a few days before the scheduled closing, a bank appraiser requested fixing chipped paint in the garage. Going well above the call of duty, Ann painted our garage floor herself so we could close on time. Throughout it all, I enjoyed our meetings and especially appreciated her sense of humor.
