This realtor and her team took the time to explain things, and they made the electronic portion easier for me to follow- They alao saw beauty in my house that I would never have seen with staging it'. The direction I got for where I should spend my time cleaning and upgrading was reasonable and great time management for me. There were some uncommon challenges above and beyond just selling a home. I don't think it would have worked out if Sheri wasn't so good at what she does. She helped the renters move out, we gave them 75 days so they would have plenty of time. She even brought them over boxes when they were packing. She really went beyond what most realtors would do in my opinion.

Mark did an absolute wonderful job from listing the home to the closing. Tracy and her team go above and beyond. She will give you honest feedback of what you can expect through the whole listing process. The automated DocuSign plus home by showing app is very helpful, informative and time saving. One of the biggest bonuses was the fact that she staged our home beautifully to help with showings, as we had to move to our new location during the listing process. Russell Woodard went so far above and beyond his duties that if I could award him with the Medal of Honor I would. We moved to Florida before listing our house. The house required a lot of work. We had left tons of stuff in our house and yard, our roof had to be replaced, we had to replace several screens, yard work needed to be done, the septic tank had to be pumped and inspected, our house needed to be cleaned, and a myriad of other small things that had to be taken care of. Russell took care of all of that. He got rid of three chicken coops, furniture, and waist high weeds for us. He cleaned the house. He found someone to replace our roof. He coordinated the pumping and inspection of our septic tank. He took care of the screens. On top of all that, a few days before we were to close he discovered that our water heater was broken so he found a water heater and arranged to have it replaced. He sold our house within hours of listing it and at a price that was tens of thousands of dollars more than we expected. Remember, we were on the other side of the country while this was going on. If you are looking for a realtor who will always have your best interest at heart, walk you through the process, and generally make your life easier, stop. You have found him.

Russell's knowledge of the Loveland area is second to none. If we could give him 1000 stars, it would be more indicative of the service we received. We had lived in Loveland for a few months and decided it was time to buy a home and make it a permanent move. We found Russell through a mutual business partner. And, WOW! We were truly impressed. Russell is a lifelong resident of Loveland. He had knowledge of every subdivision and builder we inquired about. He really took the time to get to know my husband and I and helped us hone in on items we were looking for in our next home. He was very responsive and flexible on showing times. When contract time finally came around, he was a very skilled negotiator. He has extensive knowledge of real estate trends and local laws. Even after closing, he has been a wealth of knowledge for various trades and local businesses in the area.
