We had the pleasure to work with Valerie Westmark while selling our house in Thornton, CO. We currently live in another state and had to work remotely to prepare and sell the house. During the entire process, Val was very helpful and had many resources and reputable contractors' names she was able to provide, when needed, while preparing our home for sale. She brought in a wonderful photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Val's extensive knowledge of the area and the market was key to us receiving a very high price for our property. Val was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Val did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf to close the deal and we couldn't be happier!! We would recommend Valerie to anyone in Colorado looking to buy or sell a home.

Although Russell and I have known each other for a while, I haven't conducted a real estate transaction with him until this past spring (2021). It was clear to me that his years of experience and knowledge of the area would be of great assistance. Throughout the process of looking for a home in Loveland, Russell was quick to provide listings (new and old) that fit my criteria, and quick to set up viewing appointments if I wanted to see the house. He was extremely helpful pointing out good and questionable features as we walked the inside and outside of each place. Tracy and Tracy's team helped my son sell his home. Due to my son's hours of work, Tracy kept me informed right from the start.
