Kim's service was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected from a realtor. I live in Illinois and had listed my mother and stepfather's house with Kim. During the process there were several matters that arose (including two hurricanes) that an absentee owner could not take care of. Kim took care of them, including placing sand bags, house cleaning, having the yard mowed, obtaining a replacement title for a vehicle that had been sold and needed to be moved out of the driveway. In addition she kept me advised of what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and her team.

Karen Lehmann was great to work with on our recent purchase of a home in Port Charlotte, FL. She was friendly & caring and also extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process and had lots of knowledge of SW Florida as well! She was a great comfort to us through the whole home buying process with the stress of buying the home while being out of state still, never having lived in FL, and also navigating the process through the 2 hurricanes that came through during the closing period! Let me start by saying what a breath of fresh air it was to work with Shannon!! She is absolutely by far the most helpful, honest, patient, trustworthy, and hardest working realtor I've ever worked with or even heard about in my life. Shannon walked my wife and I through every single step of our first new purchase in SWFL. She is extremely knowledgeable, I swear she knows a guy for any project you may need on a house. She was professional and ALWAYS got back to us in a very reasonable amount of time. Shannon must have personally showed us 30 houses from. Fixer ips to new builds She knew all the right answers and all the right questions. I have heard horror stories about buying real estate in Florida. Not with Shannon. She truly made it easy. Denise gives 120% for her clients. She was so helpful and responsive with setting up our last minute requests for viewing homes, she made the whole experience amazing. I have used her in the past and did not hesitate to call her when we decided to relocate to have her help us find a new home and help sell our existing condo. She knows all the latest rules and regs for buying and selling as well. And she's a professional through and through.
