As an out- of-town first time buyer I really appreciated the time and professionalism Karen exhibited with me. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of different properties and what that would mean to me as a buyer. From my first interaction with Karen I knew I had someone looking out for my interest through the entire process. She did virtual walk-through with me and if she didn’t know the answer to one of my questions she got the information and got back to me in a timely manner. Kim was absolutely phenomenal. We could not imagine finding a better agent. She would proactively provide information on how we should price the property that was selling and priced it right and sold on day one of MLS listing. I would recommend Kim to anyone.
