I have to say that I have a new respect for what Realtors do, well what Lily did for us anyway. Not only did she guide us through the complicated maze of the listing process she helped us price the home fairly in a wildly fluctuating market which drew immediate attention from potential buyers. She worked tirelessly to sell our home and her local knowledge of Panther Ridge (being a resident) was excellent. She made herself available to us night and day and was always accessible and responsive. In a short period she presented us with multiple offers and when it came time for inspections, suggested repairs, movers, etc... she came with a long list of recommendations of companies that were also timely, professional and as courteous as she is.
