I randomly met Russ when I sold my first house...he was so professional and outstanding that he has been the SOLE realtor of all of my homes over the almost 30 year. I ensure he is the SOLE realtor for all of my family. He is an amazing man, realtor and friend. He is a MASTER at everything real estate. I trusted Russ so much that with one house in particular I asked him to 'draw up the paperwork' before I even visited the house because I trusted him and he knew me well enough to know EXACTLY what I wanted and it was truly my dream house. We were out of town purchasers and this takes a bit more finesse to get a deal completed. Lily was very good in all communications, always answered or our calls, texts, & emails which meant a lot to us. Face timed the items we needed to see, met us multiple times at the property, and followed up on issues. Most agents can get a straight forward deal completed and this purchase had multiple issues with the house going through probate, the roof out of date, house in rough condition, buyer and seller both out of town, etc., and Lily stayed on it and got us through to closing. Go with Lily and leave it to her.

Lily knew the neighborhood well and was able to help the out of town buyers with the process smoothly. We as sellers were not full time residents, but the process was smooth on our end as well.
