Rachael answered my e-mails promptly and called whenever I had any concerns about the property. She had very good suggestions which helped the quick sale of the property. Lisa Brouck , was impressive when first thing she checked manufacture date and service dates, of the Water Heater. A/C, and other appliances. She took her time to explain all the paperwork, and made arrangements to meet us at our convience. she explained all the closing process to us prior to closing date. we have already reccomed Lisa to family and friends all ready.

Lisa listed a property that my husband and I purchased. We were not represented by a realtor in this transaction. Even though Lisa represented the sellers, she could not have been more helpful and available to us during this process! She really made us feel like she was representing us! After the closing, she continued to offer her help not only with questions about the property, but also personally offered to help us with the removal of some furniture left by the sellers! Lee Brewer and his Remax Team have assisted me on multiple purchases and sales. He has so many connections and was able to get me a showing when the listing agent wouldn't give me the time of day! He was most helpful when It was time for me to list my own property. My house needed alot of work and Lee was able to point me in the right direction as to what would be best to attract the right buyer. He also put me in touch with sub contractors that could handle everything from plumbing to landscaping. I highly recommend Lee Brewer and will most certainly use him again.

I cannot express my gratitude to Lisa for the amazing & remarkable job she did! This was not an easy sell as there were many obstacles along the way. Lisa was always there to reassure me (as I was so anxious with this whole process) & to come up with a plan. I had never had to deal with the selling of a house & Lisa guided me & was always looking out for my best interest. She is kind, professional & in my opinion the absolute best! This was difficult as there are six of us siblings who ownership was tx to us thru probate so it required exhausting hours & paperwork for Lisa. Not once did she ever complain.
