I just can’t say enough about Carey Beychok, but let me try: Carey is our dream agent. We listed our condo in Sarasota right when the bottom fell out of the market. Despite the very high interest rates and the oversupply of condos in Florida, Carey got the job done. It took a few months, of course. Things were at a standstill in our area. Carey was always pushing for showings and giving us pep talks when we got discouraged. She never gave up.
