We were out of State buyers relocating to sunny Florida from the midwest. Missy was instrumental in helping us find a home and in taking the stress out of the process. She's personable, very knowledgeable about the area, and fun to work with. Being out of State we needed to rely on her heavily to get through the process and she did not let us down. I would recommend to anyone that you contact her if in need of a Realtor, you won't be disappointed.

We cannot recommend Chris enough. From the very beginning of our search, he was such an enormous wealth of knowledge and extremely generous with his time and energy. To say he goes the extra mile would be a huge understatement.

I found myself very well with Larry, I consider him a great professional in his field. Available when needed, sometimes even on Sundays, in about 3 months he helped me sell a house in Florida. Larry allowed me to get to the desired result in no time and I'm grateful. I advise you to contact him! :)

Rachel was absolutely fantastic! We first met her to see some houses when we were just visiting to get to know the area. She happily showed us houses for the day knowing we were at least a year away from buying. She stayed in contact and when it was time we flew out and she found us our dream house by the second house. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and just an all around great experience.

We highly recommend Larry as a realtor in the Sarasota area! We've moved 8 times in the past 12 years and Larry's the best agent we've had. He's very patient; we looked at over 30 houses in 6 months, some multiple times, and we walked away from a couple after inspections. He's very prompt, kind, extremely responsive, and he has a good sense of humor. He also has great relationships with other agents and he's a strong negotiator. We would definitely work with Larry again, and given our track record for moving, it's likely we will need his services again soon.
