Excellent agent and terrific personality.

My home was listed with another realtor for 6 months with very little activity. I signed a new contract with Seena and she had two offers in approximately 6 weeks. Her intimate knowledge of real estate in the area helped me make a decision about which offer to take. She guided me through the process of "spiffing up" the exterior of the home and in no time I had the two offers to consider. I would recommend her real estate expertise to anyone!! I was an out-of-town seller and she made this process easy. I have bought and sold several homes in the past and she was by far the best I have ever dealt with !!

I was the buyer. Excellent in keeping the ball rolling.

Specifically, John had several balls in the air all while he took care to make sure everything was ready for closing. As the buyer, I was several states away and he communicated with me almost daily to keep me in the loop. We closed within 30 days of the accepted offer, thanks to John's diligence and hard work.

Excellent experience

Kay is very knowledgeable about the market and knew what to price our home at and how to market it perfectly ~ we sold extremely quickly in a slow market. She is so friendly and kind and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.
