More than a year ago our family purchased this little house to fix up and sell. Al was with us every step of the way. It was a relatively inexpensive home (so, not a big paycheck for Al), we needed lots of advice and recommendations for contractors and repairs, and we took forever to have it ready to go on the market. Al never made us hurry, never made us feel like we were taking up his time. He responded immediately and joyfully for a year to all of our queries. He helped us at every turn and got us an incredible price for this little place! We have worked with him on much larger and more expensive properties and for over 15 years Al has treated us like family. It is a joy to work with him. Wonderful personality aside, Al is an outstanding professional. He knows the market, the law, codes, real estate, and Northern Colorado like no one else I have ever worked with. He is on top of every detail. I am fascinated watching him work because he constantly has every part of the process in mind. He even makes signing contracts fun and stress free! Al makes us feel safe, cared for, and protected. He got us the best price and made the process a breeze. We are so grateful for his time and talent. Cindy was our agent for a house we recently bought in Loveland. She is very knowledgeable about all of the Northern Colorado markets, from Greeley to Fort Collins.
