This past month we closed on a 1031 Exchange that Al Detmer represented for us. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about a 1031 Exchange, he kept us on tract with our timeline to complete this exchange in the necessary timeframe. We had a renter whom Al worked with, helped us get contractors to fix a few things and even installed a CO2/Smoke detector that we over looked. I can't say enough great things about how professional Al was with every aspect of this deal.
