I can't imagine trying to sell our house without Todd. He listened to our ideas and helped us understand the process from how to price the home through how to handle the sale. He never pressured us in to anything we didn't want to do, and stood by to reassure us even when we were waiting for the right buyer to show up. It was like having a friend who would bend over backwards to make sure everything was accounted for. We'll be calling on Todd the next time we are in the market for a home.

I highly recommend using Todd Holmes to help sell your house. Todd is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He made it clear from the beginning that we were on a team together to sell our house quickly and for the best money possible. He made concrete suggestions for improvements in the house but was realistic about what was critical for the sale of the house. Todd communicated very clearly and in a timely manner and was always available when we needed him. If you want a real estate agent to be on your side when selling a house, I can't recommend Todd highly enough.

This was an estate sale Parker, Colorado handled by Fran. We initially started working with another real estate agent, in an attempt to deal with someone closer to my folks. I have known Fran for 30+ years, and sincerely wish I had contacted him first! My apologies!! As stated previously - I wish we had started our sale with Fran. Amount of time spent with us in helping get to a point of understanding what needed to be done with the property, and meeting with trades/vendors on our behalf to ensure a good showing, were above and beyond expectations. When Eric helped us buy our house I felt like I actually had a realtor representing me - actually being my agent. I actually felt like a Buyer this time, not a means to a commission. He kept an eye on the documents as they came in and was ahead of weird stuff before I was. I'd call him, and he was already getting to the bottom of things. Eric is knowledgeable, and capable - involved throughout the purchase process. Despite significant stress at the time, he made the house purchase actually possible, and amazingly straightforward. It has been almost a year since Eric helped us buy this house. I keep remembering I should leave a strong recommendation here - his performance was so amazing it comes to mind fairly option. This is the second home we bought, and my experience with Eric was vastly superior to my experience with my past realtors. He really thinks of others' priorities more than his own. Eric even suggested a slightly smaller offer when we bought this house, and he was probably right - when does a realtor ever do that? - Still amazed. I remember his communications skills were very effective, and adaptable to everyone in the purchase process, ranging from the kids, to my wife, to the sellers, to the sellers realtor, to the mortgage broker, to the title company. He even gave us a cool gift after the house sale, totally from the kindness of his heart. We occasionally think of moving to a larger property, or joining the landlord business. We aren't looking for a realtor anymore - Eric's our first choice. I strongly recommend Eric to anyone who's looking for a realtor who will represent their interests - he'll do a wonderful job!

We moved from Overland Park KS to Colorado. We had no idea where we exactly wanted to be, but we needed good schools, a nice neighborhood, small town but not to small, big city but not to big. My anxiety was high, we are about to move somewhere were we love to vacation. Eric helped us big times at anytime! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Eric was when selling my home in Colorado. Through no fault of our own, we had a few obstacles to overcome and Eric was AWESOME! My house had two contracts on it that fell through due to unforeseen buyer circumstances. Eric was immediately in control, knew how to handle these situations and got my home sold ASAP.
