Eric was absolutely amazing! His professional demeanor never wavered even after our countless walk through ' s of the many houses we viewed. He never hesitated to point out a potential problem with a house even if I fell in love with it. And money was never the issue. It was always what's best for the client. He also cares about helping out with preliminary things that need to be done to purchase a home; such as a simple notarization which he is under no obligation to lend a hand. Unlike other realtors we have worked with in the past, Eric was completely upstanding. He not only was professional and knowledgeable in his field, but he was compassionate, caring, and devoted to helping us. Even though I know he must have had other clients, he treated us like we were his only ones. He responded to every question and request in a timely manner. I cannot recommend him enough. We have been searching for a home for several years. We have had realtors be rude, unresponsive and flat out give up on us. Not Eric. He was committed to finding us a home we would be happy with. Not just any home. A home we would be happy with. We will use him again if we ever need or want to find another home and will/do recommend him to everyone we know. Seriously, best realtor ever.
