What a wonderful experience working with Nick!
What a wonderful experience working with Nick! Nick was the sellers agent, however we decided to work with him as our point contact solely and he just made the whole experience so seamless. Nick is a great communicator, keeping us informed of everything, with a sense of humor where we all needed it. He helped us with local resources, and went above and beyond in getting us settled in. I 100% trust Nick, and look forward to sending him referrals. I cannot even imagine having our experience with anyone else. THANK YOU Nick!

Wow. Nick was fantastic throughout the entire process
Wow. Nick was fantastic throughout the entire process, and ensured every step of the way was going as smoothly as possible. We all know that even if something is going not as planned, we want to at least be informed, and Nick was amazing at communication. His support even AFTER the sale had concluded was especially appreciated, ensuring we were more than satisfied with the service he provided. Nick is more than just a real estate agent, he has become a friend in all aspects of the word, and we feel lucky to be in the same community as he is. We’ll done, Nick, and thank you for EVERYTHING!!

We are extremely grateful for Nick! If you are looking for a patient, knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, kind, professional, motivated realtor, he is your guy! Whether a listing is $300k or $1.5 million, Nick is consistent in making sure his clients have the best experience and we truly appreciate that. Nick has been our realtor for about 4 years now, in that time he has been extremely helpful in every single way we could imagine; we have been all over the place searching for what we want and have looked at everything from land to build on, rentals, to homes in numerous towns over the coarse of years and Nick has been so patient. Part of the experience of having Nick as our realtor is his personality. He always has a smile on his face, and is so positive. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Nick and would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a great realtor in the area.

I recently worked with Melissa to help one of my clients buy a vacation home in Manson, WA
I recently worked with Melissa to help one of my clients buy a vacation home in Manson, WA. Without her help, we would not have been able to close on time. As a lender, I really appreciated her expertise and responsiveness helping our mutual client get to the finish line ahead of schedule. I would be glad to refer any of my clients her way and hopefully we can work together in the future. Thanks again Melissa!
