He knows and understands the market. He knows how to price your house for a sale.
Nick always answers his phone, whether he’s on vacation or whether it’s late in the evening he always answers his phone. He always knows the answer or can find it. To me that is the most important thing. It just shows he cares about the client that much that he never feels inconvenienced by a telephone call.

Fun & easy to work with!
We used Nick for both a purchase & a sale in the last 2 years. He was always very responsive to all our questions & requests. Any changes that came up, he had the revised documents to us quickly.
