Nick did a tremendous job advising us on how best to present our house and market it. He was a great communicator throughout the process and collaborative in his approach to how we marketed the property. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more professional realtor.

I would give 10 stars if Google had that option. Nick is a top notch realtor. Our experience working with Nick on the sale of our aunt’s home was seamless. Since I was located on the east coast, Nick took care of every detail required in the process. He communicated often. The process couldn’t have been any smoother. I highly recommend Nick as an expert realtor!

Nick is the best! We have used several realtors over the years; Nick is simply the best. We moved to an area we were not totally familiar with, intending to rent for several months. Did our research and started with Nick and never looked back. Nick is very professional yet such a pleasure to be around. He made it a joy, and we now have our dream home.

Nick Bowler was our realtor for our vacation home in Chelan. Overall this is our third time working with a realtor purchasing a home, and hands down Nick was the best we have worked with. Nick quickly calibrated to what we were looking for, and felt like a partner throughout the search. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but was easily accessible for any question at any time on the properties, the area, and when we did purchase help guide us to further development the house into the home we want. Nick went above and beyond on a regular basis. I would work with Nick again, any day. Highly recommend.

Nick did a great job staging our Lake Chelan Shores condo for sale. The pictures were great, and his professionalism and experience really helped the sale and deal close in a quick 16 days from showing. He went out of his way to handle details of the sale for us that is very much appreciated.

Nick is the hardest working realtor we’ve had the pleasure of working with to date. After batting zero in a challenging vacation market for months we switched up our strategy and added Nick to our team. With his help we were finally able to secure the perfect home for our family. We appreciate the time he took to really get to know us & our housing needs. He excels at clear communication and he was prompt to respond to our many questions. His guidance made a stressful process almost fun. 😉👍
