The primary reason we selected Diana was her knowledge of our community and surrounding areas. She gets to know her clients and what their wishes are. She showed us many homes in the area we were looking as well as some in surrounding areas so we could see what other areas had to offer. Diana was very professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer questions and address any concerns we had. She made sure we understood what needed to be completed to get through the escrow process smoothly. She made sure the inspections and appraisal were completed timely and communicated with our lender to make sure everything was in order. We interviewed multiple agents and chose Tricia, because she described being able to market our home to a specific niche of buyers. Additionally, she came with a strong team, and we worked often with both Tricia and her associate, Ron. They listed our home while we were on vacation, and we came home to three offers--all at or above asking price. Notably, we were already pushing the limits on comparative sales in our neighborhood. After minimal negotiation, we went with and successfully closed on an offer $5k over asking (and $10k over appraisal with buyer paying the full difference). It's no doubt we were successful due to Tricia, Ron, and their negotiation skills. I first met Kris before I had decided how I was going to proceed with the sale of my father's house. She was very friendly and we hit it off immediately. As the time went by and I decided the direction I was going to proceed in I contacted Kris and she was with me every step of the way. I am disabled and was doing most of this from out of state. I also had a big clean up and some remodeling. Kris was there to help with little things I needed help with and knew all the right contacts for the big jobs. She really went above and beyond! She lives in the neighborhood so she knew the neighborhood. She helped me price the house right, was happy with what I got and walked me thru all the technicalities.
