Diana is wonderful! As first time home buyers she helped us find the right house and was there every step of the way for any and all questions. Her knowledge of real estate value helped us find a house that fit our family and our budget. It is scary buying your first house, however Diana was with us every step of the way. Her handling of the negotiations with the seller resulted in us buying the right house. We ended up in a great house that we could afford all because of her. 13 years later we sold that house and Diana was the only realtor we considered. Her knowledge of our local market, and market trends, was superlative. She helped use pre-sale by advising us on what we could do to maximize the value of the house. I only wish that when bought our next house, she could have handled that transaction as well-but she didn’t want to move to Tennessee!
