Diana is wonderful! As first time home buyers she helped us find the right house and was there every step of the way for any and all questions. Her knowledge of real estate value helped us find a house that fit our family and our budget. It is scary buying your first house, however Diana was with us every step of the way. Her handling of the negotiations with the seller resulted in us buying the right house. We ended up in a great house that we could afford all because of her. 13 years later we sold that house and Diana was the only realtor we considered. Her knowledge of our local market, and market trends, was superlative. She helped use pre-sale by advising us on what we could do to maximize the value of the house. With her vast experience she and knowledge of what our local housing market was trending, helped us set a sale price. She managed the marketing, and met with many, many potential buyers. She advised us on how to assess the strength of each offer we received so that we selected the best offer. She was tireless in negotiations with the buyer’s agent, allowing us to close escrow in 3 weeks, for maximum sales price. Kyle Davies is very knowledgeable Realtor and easy to work with. I lost count how many homes we saw. He explained bidding process and what to expect. As well as loan process and getting sellers to make repairs. He was very honest with his feelings on homes we saw, which made me feel more comfortable about making my final choices on homes I bit on. I did my due diligence and researched homes on my own and other lenders since I was unconventional borrower, but Kyle had such great support staff and organization that made whole process easy for this first time buyer.
