Kyle Davies is very knowledgeable Realtor and easy to work with. I lost count how many homes we saw. He explained bidding process and what to expect. As well as loan process and getting sellers to make repairs. He was very honest with his feelings on homes we saw, which made me feel more comfortable about making my final choices on homes I bit on. I did my due diligence and researched homes on my own and other lenders since I was unconventional borrower, but Kyle had such great support staff and organization that made whole process easy for this first time buyer.
