Nick Bowler was our realtor for our vacation home in Chelan. Overall this is our third time working with a realtor purchasing a home, and hands down Nick was the best we have worked with. Nick quickly calibrated to what we were looking for, and felt like a partner throughout the search. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but was easily accessible for any question at any time on the properties, the area, and when we did purchase help guide us to further development the house into the home we want. Nick went above and beyond on a regular basis. I would work with Nick again, any day. Highly recommend.

Nick did a great job staging our Lake Chelan Shores condo for sale. The pictures were great, and his professionalism and experience really helped the sale and deal close in a quick 16 days from showing. He went out of his way to handle details of the sale for us that is very much appreciated.

Nick was great to work with, he's very knowledgeable in his field and in Chelan's housing market. It was less than 24 hours before we had our first offer in and Nick was instrumental in helping with a swift and seamless closing! We will definitely call Nick for future buying and selling.

Nick is the hardest working realtor we’ve had the pleasure of working with to date. After batting zero in a challenging vacation market for months we switched up our strategy and added Nick to our team. With his help we were finally able to secure the perfect home for our family. We appreciate the time he took to really get to know us & our housing needs. He excels at clear communication and he was prompt to respond to our many questions. His guidance made a stressful process almost fun. 😉👍

Nick sold the home I lived in while I was in highschool from 20 years ago..... flashback! Lots of memories there. Would definitely do business with him again in the future.

If you are looking for someone to represent you in the housing market, look no further than Nick Bowler. His skill set is impressive. He is straight-forward and thinks “outside the box”, which are two of the best qualities in problem solving. No one anticipates problems, but if any concerns arise, Nick is quick to calm emotions and resolve issues. I have listed two homes with Nick Bowler with great results, and would not hesitate to refer him to my closest friends. Don’t hesitate to jump into the real estate market. There’s a wonderful home with your name on it and Nick will be alongside you every step of the way to find it, or perhaps sell it. Nick sets his standards high. He will not disappoint.
