Nick always answers his phone, whether he’s on vacation or whether it’s late in the evening he always answers his phone. He always knows the answer or can find it. To me that is the most important thing. It just shows he cares about the client that much that he never feels inconvenienced by a telephone call.

We used Nick for both a purchase & a sale in the last 2 years. He was always very responsive to all our questions & requests. Any changes that came up, he had the revised documents to us quickly. He also gave good advice & recommendations. On top of being very knowledgeable in his field, he has a fun personality & sense of humor! He made the experiences easy & fun.

Nick did a tremendous job advising us on how best to present our house and market it. He was a great communicator throughout the process and collaborative in his approach to how we marketed the property. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more professional realtor.

I would give 10 stars if Google had that option. Nick is a top notch realtor. Our experience working with Nick on the sale of our aunt’s home was seamless. Since I was located on the east coast, Nick took care of every detail required in the process. He communicated often. The process couldn’t have been any smoother. I highly recommend Nick as an expert realtor!

Nick is the best! We have used several realtors over the years; Nick is simply the best. We moved to an area we were not totally familiar with, intending to rent for several months. Did our research and started with Nick and never looked back. Nick is very professional yet such a pleasure to be around. He made it a joy, and we now have our dream home.
