The property belonged to my brother who passed away in April 2020 and I was introduced to Ileana almost 2 years ago through my niece's friend who sold their family home with the help of Ileana. I'm a UK citizen and I told her that I will put the property up for sale once all the legal proceedings are completed, and left the house keys with her before I went back to the UK in July 2020. Even though we never signed any contract and it was only a mutual understanding, all throughout the 2 years of the pandemic Ileana looked after the house like it was her own, from helping with roof repairs, sorting out payments for the gardeners and pool cleaners, finding a cleaner to organising replacing one of the aircon units. I communicated with her on WhatsApp and she carried out everything I asked of her promptly and thoroughly. When it eventually came to sell the property she organised the entire process very professionally, and introduced us to an estate lawyer Maria who also helped us in dealing with the legal matters in the exchange of contracts. All in all, I couldn't have met a more friendly, personal, caring and professional realtor like Ileana and I am very grateful for the help and peace of mind she provided in the last 2 years.

She took pictures of the house posted them out and withing a couple days we have multiple showing and we accepted an offer seven days after the house was in the market. That was amazing!
