The͏ property belonged to my brother who passed away in April 2020 and I was introduced to Ileana almost 2 years ago through my niece's friend who sold their family home with the help of Ileana. I'm a UK citizen and I told her that I will put the property up for sale once all the legal proceedings are completed, and left the house keys with her before I went back to the UK in July 2020. Even though we never signed any contract and it was only a mutual understanding, all throughout the 2 years of the pandemic Ileana looked after the house like it was her own, from helping with roof repairs, sorting out payments for the gardeners and pool cleaners, finding a cleaner to organising replacing one of the aircon units. I communicated with her on WhatsApp and she carried out everything I asked of her promptly and thoroughly. When it eventually came to sell the property she organised the entire process very professionally, and introduced us to an estate lawyer Maria who also helped us in dealing with the legal matters in the exchange of contracts. All in all, I couldn't have met a more friendly, personal, caring and professional realtor like Ileana and I am very grateful for the help and peace of mind she provided in the last 2 years.

Robert and his team are the best! Unlike other agents, Robert has a deep knowledge of Miami real estate values and trends. He was an appraiser for many years with a network of contacts in the various related businesses and trades (e.g., lending, appraising, permitting, etc). I wasn’t looking for just any property either, I need something that was below market value from day one, something I could add improvements to thereby increasing the overall value of the property and my investment. After many weeks of searching and numerous lost deals, we finally succeeded with finding one. The deal was not easy to close either. There were lots of funding hiccups (beyond his or my control) along the way and even though they were not within his control, he was on top of the issues and always advocating on my behalf while keeping the other side of the transaction informed. He has an uncanny ability to juggle numerous balls in the air (metaphorically speaking), and if any balls were about to “hit the ground”, he was quick to recover them and get us back on the right path. He also kept me apprised of the situation and if he was not able to take my phone call he always responded promptly with a text and a phone call, never sending me to voice mail!
