Iliana Rodriguez did a great job selling my house. She was with me every step of the way. She provided marketing reports showing exactly how much the house could sell for and assisted in determining a fair selling price. She was always on my side in negotiating with the buyer and got the price that I wanted. She was also so helpful. During the sale, I needed maintenance on the house and because I live so far away, she went to the house to wait for and let the maintenance person inside. It was a big help. I appreciated her quick responses to my questions and all her assistance. Illiana made this sale very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend her, and I would use her again.

Cayla was very efficient in her communication, any concerns we may have had were addressed immediately. She followed up at all times, to ensure that all parties were on the same page. Not only that but she ensured we understood what was taking place. I.e. contracts, protocols ect. She was very knowledgeable of the current market and area we were buying into.
