Ed not only helped me buy a house, he also helped me find great tenants. Ed pays attention to detail, follows up, and will provide you with the pros and cons to assist you in making a decision. He is VERY knowledgeable about the local market. And he has great connections like himself that he will share! I love working with people who are good at what they do and Ed is one of them.

Ed was great to work with. He was very patient with us and his knowledge of the area and process was second to none. He gave us the perfect amount of space and advice in the home buying process. We really enjoyed working with Ed!

In a few words, the experience of working with Kathleen was nothing short of exceptional. She is clearly very knowledgeable, very patient and supportive of the needs of her client .. all of which by themselves are reasons for me to not look for anyone else for any future real estate needs.

But more than that, what really touched us the most was, that, even after the place we wanted was confirmed, negotiated and transaction was complete, she continued to keep in touch ensuring that we were all settled, comfortable and offered any help we would need in being better acclimatized with the city. Truly the best possible experience I could've ever imagined.

If Zillow allowed for more than 5 stars, she'd probably still would've gotten all of them from me... and i wouldn't hesitate in strongly recommending her as perhaps the best agent to work with in the Tri Valley.

Kathleen is absolutely the best realtor we could have had the pleasure of working with. She is thorough, communicates exceedingly well with clients, and really has your best interests at heart. We highly recommend her as an excellent realtor!!

We bought our house with Eva last year. I am still impressed, how much she fight for us, to make this deal happen. It was a complicated short sale, so she had a lot of work to do. But she always nice and friendly and she felt with us all the up and downs. But she was always on top of it, and luckily I live now in my dream house :). I would always recommend her to anyone, she puts her heart into this job.

Kathleen is is the one you want on your side in this challenging housing market. She is on the ball 100% of the time. We were first time buyers and she did a GREAT job explaining the whole process to us. Buying a house is stressful, but we took comfort in the fact that we had a smart, trustworthy and caring individual who really had our interests at heart. Her attention to detail is impecable! She worked with our tight schedule....well really our baby's schedule! She helped us buy the perfect house for us and was able to avoid a bidding war for it (it was very desirable) by playing the cards right getting our offer in first. If it wasn't for Kathleen, I really don't think we would have been able to get our house for the price we paid....it would have gone for much over asking price. 2 1/2 years later we are still very pleased with her service and highly recommend her to all of our family and friends.

My Mom passed away last year and we had to sell her condo in Dublin. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get much equity out of it because she had a first and second mortgage. Kathleen not only found a buyer before we even listed it but she also got $30,000 over asking. She was wonderful and made the whole experience effortless for me and my family. She is not only a great realtor, she is a fantastic person who truly cares about her clients.
