Jeff found us a home that was a little above our price range but was able to negotiate with the seller and got us a price that we could afford. Jeff was very responsive to all of our questions and reiterated that there was no pressure to buy if this was not "the one." I really enjoyed having Jeff as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone looking at buying a home.

In a few words, the experience of working with Kathleen was nothing short of exceptional. She is clearly very knowledgeable, very patient and supportive of the needs of her client .. all of which by themselves are reasons for me to not look for anyone else for any future real estate needs.<br/><br/>But more than that, what really touched us the most was, that, even after the place we wanted was confirmed, negotiated and transaction was complete, she continued to keep in touch ensuring that we were all settled, comfortable and offered any help we would need in being better acclimatized with the city. We bought our house with Eva last year. I am still impressed, how much she fight for us, to make this deal happen. It was a complicated short sale, so she had a lot of work to do. But she always nice and friendly and she felt with us all the up and downs. But she was always on top of it, and luckily I live now in my dream house :). I would always recommend her to anyone, she puts her heart into this job.

Kathleen is is the one you want on your side in this challenging housing market. She is on the ball 100% of the time. We were first time buyers and she did a GREAT job explaining the whole process to us. Buying a house is stressful, but we took comfort in the fact that we had a smart, trustworthy and caring individual who really had our interests at heart. Her attention to detail is impecable! She worked with our tight schedule....well really our baby's schedule! She helped us buy the perfect house for us and was able to avoid a bidding war for it (it was very desirable) by playing the cards right getting our offer in first. If it wasn't for Kathleen, I really don't think we would have been able to get our house for the price we paid....it would have gone for much over asking price. 2 1/2 years later we are still very pleased with her service and highly recommend her to all of our family and friends.
