Sudhir Matthew made my home buying experience peaceful and organized. Home buying is a hassle: offers, counter offers, inspection, tax, recording and another thousand of things to do. I never had to worry about something falling through. He and his whole team are incredibly professional, they knew every step of the process and I was prepared one step ahead before I signed on any paper. And most of all, he and his team always super responsive 24x7 to the silliest question. I wouldn't do it with anyone else. All you have to do is setup a meeting, and tell him what you want. He was referred to me thorough a friend and I was happy with him all along.

My husband and I are first time home buyers. Ed had been recommended to us by a friend, and right from the beginning he felt like someone we could trust to help us with this daunting process. We had a few ideas about what the process entailed, but Ed met with us and mapped it out in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand. At the first meeting, he asked us how much we wanted him to push us when the time came. We told him that we were highly motivated and would rely on him to help us know when the time/home/offer was right. He ended up hitting the mark perfectly. He was very patient and diligent about teaching us how the process works, what our obligations would be, etc. It was clear that he knew the area and understood the market well. He helped us determine the best homes to look at, and then went with us to see some but let us do a lot of looking on our own. When we went to open houses with him, the hosting agents usually knew him and seemed to have good rapport. When we found a house that we really wanted, it was listed just slightly out of our price range, but Ed helped us put together an offer that was ultimately accepted. I think his previous experience with the listing agent helped us there too. Ed was very attentive throughout the sale process and easily accessible when we had questions or concerns. He was equally helpful and attentive after move-in and we appreciate that we didn't feel "dropped" after closing. We would definitely work with him again, to buy or to sell, and would recommend him to any who wants to buy/sell in our area.

If you’re looking for a real pro that knows the market, Ed is your guy. Ed helped us sell a property that hadn’t been updated in years and had some other issues. Despite all that, he was able to get us a good price for the home. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone buying or selling a home. Ed did an absolutely fantastic job with finding the right contractors to help get our property back normal after years of neglect. He helped with meeting directly with those key contractors while we were unable to be present. He was knowledgeable, effective, and, most importantly, kind and patient. We had an offer on our house immediately after the broker open house. He also went out of his way to help us with all of the small things. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
