John was there for the entire process from looking at different homes to negotiating the contract. We were told by many people that buying a home would be highly stressful and frustrating but that was not the case with us John, he was able to make it stress free. He was able to accommodate our needs based on our crazy work schedule to locate and purchase our home. He was knowledgeable and listened to our requests. He went above and beyond what we expected. My wife and I suspect the key to his success is not only his wealth of experience in the real estate business and negotiation skills, but with day-to-day contact he provided to us. We have a feeling these are probably the reasons his office seems to run so smoothly and effortlessly.

The constant communication through out the buying/selling processes (he has been my realtor for both) never leave me wondering what the status of my sale is. He fights for your best interests and is with you every step of the way. He began as my realtor and has remained my friend. I will never go anywhere else.

Mr DeMarco was the realtor who sold my Florida estate. He was responsive and moved the property in rapid time with very few complications. He even stepped up to activate utility accounts to ease transition when the new buyer was waylaid which would have caused distress to the property's tenants.

John and his staff are very professional and handled my house sale in a great way. His experience played a big roll in the sale as he was able to pin point the amount we will get on our home (even though we were a little doubtful, he managed to get us exactly what we wanted and not a penny less.) I just listed 2 of my duplexes and a triplex with him knowing he will find the right buyers.

He took a lot of time out of his week especially on weekends to work around our schedule to view several homes before we finally decided on one.
