Janet was representing the Buyer of my Home. She went out of her way to assist ME during the entire process. I highly recommend utilizing her Services for the Sale of your home. She is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and just an awesome person!

Janet is a true professional! She took the time to explain the process of selling our home in this crazy market, and made sure that we understood the pricing, timeline, and contract aspects. Janet is one of the few agents who answers her phone and texts you right back, no matter how many times you reach out. Due to her hard work and effort, our house sold quickly and way above asking price

Buying a house (Even trying to buy a house) in 2020 was brutal.... and if it weren’t for Janet, I probably would not have made my recent purchase and would have waited another year to try again. First and foremost, you do not feel as you are “just another client’, heck If I didn't know better, I'd think I was her only client. There was no such thing as "normal working hours". All phone calls, texts, emails were answered promptly, and friendly. I never once felt rushed or as if you were bothering her. In addition to her knowledge and wonderful personality Janet introduced me to a fantastic team of likewise professionals including the lender, title attorney and home Inspector who I could not have found a better group of people on my own and because of that I closed on my first home last week. If you are a home buying novice (like me) or seasoned pro - honestly do yourself a favor and work with Janet, it is literally impossible to regret it. Think of it like this .... You are reading these reviews to see if this is the person you want to work with, looking for something to help you decide ... Well, I'm quite confident that my review is not the only one that is very positive ... So read a few more and then contact her, it will be the best decision you will make today.

Don’t waste time, sell your property easily with professional, knowledgeable experts in the field. Simply put, that is what you get with this team because they have a formula for success that works. My place is sold and the reason is that Natalia Tzacs was amazing! From setting up my place for photos that got a lot of attention, to the number of showings of both realtors and buyers. The team, including Wesley Suskind, showed up with a plan, knew the market and priced my property for success. They performed at the highest level, always arrived on-time and I could not be happier!

I called the DeMarco Team to list and sell my industrial warehouse land. They not only sold it, but they sold it for full asking price in just three weeks. They were incredibility competent and intelligent. In my opinion, John and his team are highly recommended from me!

I was quite impressed by Janet Caso's inherent efficiency. She has excellent communication skills and she keeps telecommunications open as much as possible. Her knowledge of the real estate market and market conditions locally are superb. Janet offered some timely advice about how to make our house market presentable. We followed her advice as best as we could. She put us in touch with a real-estate lawyer who coached us through some unusual situations with our own financial arrangements. That service was indispensible. She engaged in face - to -face sessions with us, while observing precautions on pandemic protocols. Best of all, she performed well representing us to the prospective buyers, and things went expeditiously.

Having Janet as my REA has been a joyful experience. It was everything one puts on the “wishlist” When hiring a professional. Calls were promptly returned ( including weekends) Any property I wished to view ,she was on it . I constantly received emails with real estate that met my criteria with also surprising ideas that I had not consider before. The area of Hollywood was just one of the many areas Janet knew inside and out ,which was extremely helpful to me. Janet is an early bird that definitely catches the proverbial worm. Rain or shine with umbrella in hand we viewed property’s . never a complaint as she really loves her job (which shows) and has a great personality. Nothing was a problem... if it was ,she solved it for me. Apart from being very organized her expertise was very apparent when it came to the closing. Checklist were given to me with explanations of time frames which proved to me her great understanding of real estate and all its different facets. I knew I was in great hands and will definitely choose Janet again for any further real estate transactions!

As a first time buyer, we were very lucky to have Janet Caso as our agent. Janet is an Awesome person to work with. She is very professional, courteous and hardworking. Janet knows her job as she will explain every detail to you. When you have her as your agent, you have a peace of mind because she knows how to handle every situation. At the time the market was messed up, she was able to get us a home that was closed within a good time due to her hard work and experience. My mortgage broker once said this to me, "you guys have a very experienced agent". I will always recommend Janet.
