Janet Caso goes all out for her people. She will help you find what you are looking for and will always give you her best. Janet is responsive, thorough, and efficient. Not only is Janet a great realtor and advocate, but she has also become a friend. I cannot recommend this professional enough.

Janet was warm and friendly and so easy to work with. The house she sold for me was an estate sale since my sister-in-law had passed away. Janet was knowledgeable, efficient and kind through a difficult time. She gave great advice and went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor. She even checked the mail for me since I dont live in the same area! I got a great price for the house and the new owner seems to be very happy as well! I would recommend Janet without hesitation!

I would be very happy to recommend her to anyone including my friends. Yes I would give her a five star she is very dedicated to her clients.

I recently used John DeMarco Re/Max 5 Star Realty to sell my commercial property. John explained exactly how he was going to go about marketing it, what sales price I should receive, and how long it would take. He and his team leader Natalia were very responsive to all my calls and questions during the process, and everything worked out the way he said it would. I was so pleased with his performance that I recently used him to purchase another property. It was truly a pleasure to work with this professional team, and I can say without hesitation that you will not be disappointed if you choose them to handle your real estate needs.

Janet Caso was my real estate agent for a Townhouse she successfully sold for me. Ms. Caso has the magic touch. If you want to get the real estate transaction to happen hire her. She always answers her phone as if you're her only client. She handles tasks quickly so there's no delay. This review is like all her others on Zillow, excellent. Stop looking, just call Janet.

Janet was a real pro, spend a lot of time with us and Patiently listened to all of our needs in our home search (even staying in touch with us while she was vacationing out of the country..who does that!!). She found us the perfect home and made buying a house a great experience 5 star pro all the way!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick when I was looking for my first home. From day 1, Nick was extremely responsive and had decent suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. By the end of our second day of viewing, we found my new home. As a first time buyer, I slowly came to experience the stress of buying a home entails. But Nick was very understanding and supportive and really helped me through all the processes. Throughout the negotiations and closing, Nick was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. And even after closing, he kept in contact with me and kindly offered his help when needed. This was my first experience working with a realtor, and Nick was great. He is very kind, patient, professional and friendly. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my realtor will be!
