My wife and I decided to use some time we had before and after a holiday visit to the area to look for possible vacation/income properties. Will responded quickly, is extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market, and has a ton of connections for everything you may need (property managers, mortgage and insurance agents, etc). On our last day, after looking at the property we ended up buying, Will was even able to kindly give us a ride back to the airport, which we really really appreciate - and it was a Sunday. I need a 6 star rating option for David! I’ve had experiences with other realtors that were okay and some that weren’t the greatest. Deciding to go with our ‘family realtor’ David came with much hesitation. My past experience wasn’t the greatest, so expecting him to fall into the same cracks as the previous realtors was already there.. However the exact moment I met him, I knew it was already different. It was already the exact opposite and we hadn’t even talked about houses at all. There wasn’t a moment in the home buying process with David that made me second guess ANYTHING. Anytime he felt the need to apologize (which was never warranted in our eyes but he would beg to differ) there was a sincerity behind it. He was honest, direct and compassionate when needed. He treated my family (once again) as his own and it meant the world to us (my partner and ai). I don’t recommend easily about very many things… but when I do, it is worth taking a step towards the recommendation. And the cinnamon rolls we received at closing were AMAZING! My very pregnant self appreciated those VERY much ??

We loved working with David Gallup and Michael Wathen. We predominately worked with Michael; however, both Michael and David were patient and helped us to relocate from out of state. They met with us before we had actually decided to move and gave us a lot of insight on the area and market. They were conscientious to point out potential issues on houses, that we had not seen or even thought to look at more closely. They know the area well and gave excellent advise on where we should look. Debbie, their "right hand admin," was also so very helpful and we appreciate her help in finding us our new home!

This is the second time I've used the Hard Working Nice Guy's team and I am so glad that I did. In this current market, it's insanely hard to get in an offer, much less close in a reasonable manner. Well, I found my dream house (I know, impossible, right?). I fell in love with this house and if I didn't get it, I was going to stay out of the market for at least another year. David set my expectations, discussed our options with me and my family, and then we decided to go for it. David knew exactly when to send the offer, what would make the seller interested in our bid, and how to negotiate to a fair price (Yeah, in 2022!!). He and Debbie talked me through each step of the process, reminded me about things that I forgot, made sure that the inspection went well, helped me find contractors for second opinions, helped me find a FANTASTIC lender, and made sure that I was ok with every single part of the process. I can't think of another realtor that is as thoughtful, kind, and thorough throughout this process and I'm so pleased with my new home!

It’s not a coincidence I sold my 2nd home with Roxanne and bought my new one , She just knows everything about real state , she understand how everything works and she ll fine fight for the best deal always . We a had a particular situation where we had to sell our and buy the new one , so we where very tight on schedule , she was able to manage a pre occupancy at my future house and after I closed on mine I still had week to move out even though the house wasn’t miners anymore. When I need to sell or buy a house Roxanne is the only one in my mind . We ll definitely do business again .!
