Will is even keeled and most importantly, he listens to you. We used him to sell. There were times where he had suggestions that we did not follow and he was good with that. He worked WITH us on a plan that met our needs while still always providing valued suggestions. He is right where you want him between the extremes of overbearing and non-existent.
