Very Honest and Professional. We were looking for a house for several years and Dave has great local knowledge abut cook county and was always giving us honest advice on each house we saw. As an example there was a house we liked that was on a main street and we liked the house and very about to buy it. Dave gave us honest advice that the house would be difficult to resell in the future because of location on the main street and very small backyard even though we liked the house a lot and were about to buy it. Dave gave us honest advice on the difficulty on reselling the house in the future.

Kevin did an amazing job for us. We hired Kevin and he reached out to his local contacts and had us a full price offer which we accepted. The house never even hit the MLS market. He was great to deal with and his effort was second to none. If you want a top realtor working for you Kevin is the right choice. After much careful thought, I decided it was time to sell my long time (25 + years)family home that's meant a lot to me. Even in a softer market in my price point, he still worked extremely hard to get me over full asking price. He was an excellent negotiator!
