Needed to sell our home within a month when we weren't really ready but found a home in Georgia that accepted contingency and those were the terms. Kevin got it done but unfortunately the people in Georgia backed out of the deal. We found another one soon after and now live our retirement in Georgia. My experience with Karen Nicholson was great, she’s professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market. We got in touch with Karen on a Saturday and she asked about all the things that was important for us when looking at houses. The next day on Sunday she had 8 houses for us to look at and was scheduled in order from the nearest to furthest.
