I chose Kevin as our realtor after seeing how quickly he sold my neighbor's home for top dollar. I was not disappointed. He knows his stuff. We had a huge undertaking of not only selling our home but also relocating out of state and doing a significant downsize. Not only did he do a great job of marketing our home and getting us offers quickly, he also helped us tremendously with selling the contents of our home through his network of contacts. Most realtors would not even bother to help us with this, and I've been told to "google for estate sale people", but Kevin went above and beyond and found people who wanted to buy our furnishings himself. He made the entire process which can be overwhelming much more manageable. He took care of so many details that we didn't even need to be at the closing and had already relocated out of state. Everything went super smoothly, I would highly recommend Kevin!!
