What can I say about Debbie. She sold my house and another one just as she said she would do. This market is very difficult yet she is my go to gal. She is awesome! There are still houses in the area that have not sold. I had a great experience with Debbie Terry Ward, while I was in Lakeland and sold the house I'd been trying to sell for over a year. She had a buyer in less than a week and a bidding war, to boot. Then it sold. She did so much for me. Helped me locate a mover and closed on the house I was in and closed on the next house. She was amazing! Double duty! Twice Over! I have been turning flips and doing this for years yet I have had only great things happen with her. She helped me with this house too.
