This was the second time Eric Abel and his team have helped my family. This time he was helping us sell our Murfreesboro townhome for a house in the country. We really wanted to move further out of Murfreesboro due to the traffic. We were concerned because we had just bought the townhouse just 2 years prior. But he fought for us and the extra percent he charged us we got back 3 fold. Then he worked the all the angles for our buy too and got us an unbelievable deal. Eric is the hardest working agent in real estate. No one will work harder for you and your interest. He's a fighter and you should hire him.

Alex and Eric have both been amazing. This is my very first home purchase and they couldn’t have made this process any easier i don’t believe. They are also partnered with a group called homes for hero’s-anyone working in EMS or any first response career or if you know someone, you probably also know we make very little and work long hours..the program is a grant that helps us with expenses that come with buying a home so thankful for the program. She has traveled to show me houses on multiple occasions in various locations (3-hour long drives yall) and not once complained. She made it all my anxiety about finding a home go away.
