We were lucky to have been referred to Michelle, as we were first time home buyers in a new area. While buying a home for the first time may seem overwhelming and a bit frightening, she made the entire process easy by explaining every step of the way with us. She listened to exactly what our families needs and expectations for a new house was, and showed us houses that only met these standards. She not only was highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but she also was incredibly patient with our family as we have 2 small toddlers who enjoyed every house we saw. She exceeded our expectations during negotiations before we closed, she went above and beyond when she researched different quotes for anything that needed fixed or repaired, and even continued to help us with any concerns we had the following months. If and when we decide to move, she will be the first real estate agent we contact. We HIGHLY recommend her to any family for buying or selling their home!

Phenomenal Agent and Experience
Michelle was our agent since we bought our house, and we entrusted her to sell our home as she went beyond anyone could ever ask as an agent! She helped guide us through the buying and selling process seemlessly. She knew all the right questions to ask when we bought our home, even if my husband and I didn’t know what to ask, she did. She explained the home buying process to us as this was our first time buying, and she made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She wanted to give us a home that was perfect for our family to live in and raise our children. She understood our concerns, needs, and our wants. She found us a perfect home. Once in the home, she continued to stay in touch and make sure everything was going well for us. She also made herself available to answer any questions that we had while we owned the home, and gave us referrals if we needed any. When we had to sell our home because of a job transfer, she again went above and beyond. She came to look at our home, explained the process, gave us insight how to increase the value of the home, and sold our home way above asking price. She is a fantastic negotiator and real estate agent. While we appreciate Michelle as our agent, we also found a lifetime friend. She is an honest, compassionate and entrusting person that we will always cherish.
