We were lucky to have been referred to Michelle, as we were first time home buyers in a new area. While buying a home for the first time may seem overwhelming and a bit frightening, she made the entire process easy by explaining every step of the way with us. She listened to exactly what our families needs and expectations for a new house was, and showed us houses that only met these standards. She not only was highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but she also was incredibly patient with our family as we have 2 small toddlers who enjoyed every house we saw. She exceeded our expectations during negotiations before we closed, she went above and beyond when she researched different quotes for anything that needed fixed or repaired, and even continued to help us with any concerns we had the following months.
