Michelle was our agent since we bought our house, and we entrusted her to sell our home as she went beyond anyone could ever ask as an agent! She helped guide us through the buying and selling process seemlessly. She knew all the right questions to ask when we bought our home, even if my husband and I didn’t know what to ask, she did. She explained the home buying process to us as this was our first time buying, and she made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She wanted to give us a home that was perfect for our family to live in and raise our children. She understood our concerns, needs, and our wants. She found us a perfect home. Once in the home, she continued to stay in touch and make sure everything was going well for us. She also made herself available to answer any questions that we had while we owned the home, and gave us referrals if we needed any. When we had to sell our home because of a job transfer, she again went above and beyond. She came to look at our home, explained the process, gave us insight how to increase the value of the home, and sold our home way above asking price.
