The sale of our home was rough, due to offers that came in, were accepted, and then they buyers would back out. The market was a little iffy at the time, and the house needed a lot of work. We got pretty nervous a few times during the process, but Malalee assured us during these times that she would get the house sold, and for what we needed to get. And she did! All the while trying to coordinate this sale with the purchase of another home for us. When things were looking bleak - at least to us - she sat down with us, and we would go over everything with her, what our options were, and she would again assure us that she had us taken care of. Bottom line is, she backed it all up, and got us what we needed on both the sale, and the new purchase, and all right on time for all parties involved in the sale, and the new purchase!!

I met Malalee while looking at this home she had listed, that I wound up buying. I decided to ask her to represent us on the sale of our house in Manteca. Thru some crazy obstacles, she handled the sale of the other house magnificently! The sale of that house heavily impacted the purchase of the home on Wilson Way, as it was contingent upon that sale. Constantly working with all parties, and assuring us all that she would get it done, she did exactly that! In the timeframe that had to be met, and at the numbers that all parties were looking for. She works tirelessly at her job. Her drive and tenacity to get everyone what they want is unbelievable. And when it seemed like the sale of the other house may not happen, which would have killed my buying the Wilson Way, she simply told me that she had this under control, and it will come to fruition. Malalee was the agent who was selling the home I wanted to purchase in Stockton. So we also chose her to be the selling agent for our home in Manteca. Everything went smoothly, until the first buyers back out of the offer to buy. Things got a little shaky after that, as far as interest in the home. Malalee assured us that this is common, and that everything would work out as we planned. Our frustration grew, but she continually assured us that she would get both the sale and the purchase completed for us. The market had hit a lull, and things slowed down. She continued with the open houses, got us an acceptable offer to meet our terms, and we were able to get the house sold, and the other house purchased, all within the guidelines we had set ahead of time. Her work behind the scenes was endless. Her experience was beyond insane. Her commitment, her tenacity, and most importantly, her ability to work through every situation that came up, and resolve it, and do it when it was looking like everything was going to collapse, was outstanding. She also had to deal with the multiple personalities - most of which were less than pleasant at times - to keep all of us on track. She handled that impeccably! Very happy with the price and interest rate. This is our second home and we did not have any issues or problems and based on our past experience, we contacted Mandy and never disappointed. The paperwork was very flawless and Thank you for following up time to time. We found the home and closing all done in 2 and half months. Mandy usually texts back quickly at any time, understands our concerns and at the same time gives us enough time to think and make decision.
