Karen is a third generation bay area native of the city of Fremont, CA. and after 3 decades living in the east bay area witnessed the tremendous changes and growth that has transformed the surrounding areas from both sides of the Altamont hills. Karen spent over 23 years in dental business administration and management for multiple dental offices in the bay area. Karen moved to the fast growing central valley city of Tracy in 1999 where she came to live the American dream of California home ownership. Karen and her husband Sam of over 27 years have four beautiful children, two daughters and twin sons and continue to call Tracy their home. Karen is very involved in her local chamber of commerce and has served as an ambassador since 2009. In 2012 Karen received the ultimate honor of ambassador of the year for the Tracy chamber of commerce. She also served as vice president for the Tracy business networking association (T.B.N.A) for 3 years. Karen has been a realtor since 2018 serving the Bay area, Tri valley and Central valley as a buyer and sellers agent as well as new construction home sales. She uses the latest internet tools and social media to expose your property to qualified buyers . Honesty, integrity along with dedication Karen strives for in all her aspects in life. Her extensive background in sales and as a business owner of a very successful local heating and air conditioning company for over 10 years has given her real estate business a high level of leadership and professionalism. Her company had been voted best of Tracy multiple years and ranked #1 on yelp for their outstanding customer service. Karen takes pride in continuing to provide exceptional customer service and establishing lifelong relationships.
