Lou definitely had his hands full with us as we were selling a mobile home and he had to find us the right forever home for 2 elderly young sisters (82 and 79) who was selling and buying their first forever home. We decluttered the mobile home and we got exactly what we hoped for. The mobile home went very quickly but the challenge was to find a single story (no stairs), 3/4 bedrooms, open layout/great room that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room in one shared space. All within the budget! We looked at a handful that were beautiful but none that my mom and her sister felt really comfortable in. Lou did find that home where they both "said yes, to the home" . It hasn't even been a month but I've moved them both in and OMG it is perfect! I appreciate the fact that Lou did not make us feel bad for any home that wasn't going to work or that they just did not like. He kept at it until we found that perfect home. I can only rate 5 stars but he deserves much much more!

I met Deborah shortly after dismissing the realtor I was working with, she came in and began helping us from day 1. She had people come in and rehabilitate the property and bring it up to it full potential. She was able to get more than the listing price of the home. It was my mothers home and she passed and Deborah realized how personal the situation was. We had multiple offers on the house the second day it went on the market. I was very happy to have met her.
