A Nightmare Experience, Not reliable at all
I recently had the bad experience of working with Lewis as my real estate agent, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
First step itself he was not transparent on what document he was trying to sign from us, he was not reliable at all.
Here is my case:
1. He agreed to sell the house based on above market price and dragged us into contract because he don't know market and bluffed he has clients ready to buy the house at that price, once we entered into contract we came to know he don't have any clients to buy the house. He lied on that
2. He agreed to take less commission if we get offers at or below expectations but once we enter into the contract he is not even ready to talk about that negotiation on commission, my case I was happy to give more commission if he agreed to sell the house at agreed price in the market. I was totally pissed because he got offers less than our expectations while other houses going for higher price in same community. It clearly says when selling house choose realtor who has reputation in that area and took premium commission of 5+%. He lied on that.
3. He introduces market tricks to provide the credit to buyers and try to get the buyers because don't know how to get buyers in the market, that's totally hidden until we start work with him first hand.
Even though I sold my house but not happy with price and commission they looted from me.
I would say stay away from him and find someone who is trust worthy and reliable
