I had lived in my home for over 40 years when I decided to sell. It was an unsettling experience. Carrie was aware of that from the very start, and kept telling me what to expect from the beginning to end. She took care of all the details and there never where any surprises. Carrie helped me obtain a contractor to get my house in tip-top condition so I could get the maximum amount of money on my sale. Carrie also arranged for unbelievable photos of my house which drew a lot of attention on-line. The first weekend it was listed, I had many offers and sold it for more than I expected. Through the whole sales experience I felt like Carrie really cared about me personally and wanted me to be totally satisfied with every part of the sale. She then took charge of helping me find just the right house for me. One that not only met my needs, and wants, but also fit my budget. I would recommend Carrie to everyone looking for a Realtor. My name is Richard Hallman and I'm a Vietnam veteran, I have a brain injury which gives me seizures do to stress When I first talked with Lynette Hawkins at Willamette Realty God was looking out for me. Lynnette has gone the extra mile and above and beyond the call of duty. First off I lived in Montana and wanted to be closer to my family in Oregon but couldn't be there to look at houses so I asked Lynnette to be my eyes and ears and she agreed and the way the market is right now its been tough, I let Lynnette know what I was hoping to find and I lost out because I just didn't have the money to compete and when I was ready to give up she kept me calm and helped me keep the faith and found me the perfect house for me. Lynnette is very professional and smart and has great taste in houses also I not very good with computers so I needed a lot of help and she helped me through everything even things like mortgage,inspection ,landscaping and getting the carpets, TV hook ups, pretty much everything, Lynnette worked hard and always kept me up on the way everything was going, Lynnette went more than the extra mile and her personality and professionalism and her knowledge of the market out there is beyond what I expected. I couldn't of found a better agent and I truly believe there isnt one,even after the deed was done I have asked for help about the house or the mortgage and she hasn't let me down and I'm sure wont let you down also. Charlotte assisted us in buying a home. Although we have heard many horror stories regarding home buying in the current market, in our case Charlotte’s steady guidance lead to a good outcome. Our one offer for the asking price was accepted and the seller agreed to allowances for repairs. Charlotte provided solid advice on value of properties. She brought concerns about properties we chose not to buy to our attention including noise from nearby industries and busy streets, potential flooding, and maintenance challenges. Charlotte is a pleasure to work with. She finds a good balance helpfully contributing to decision making without being intrusive or pushy. And we love our home.

Would I refer Charlotte Absolutely hands down to anyone. I was referred to Charlotte from another realtor that I know well in a different city because I work with her husband building houses so I'm familiar with the business. First of all let me say house shopping in Salem Oregon in early 2021 was a nightmare and Charlotte was there with us every step of the way. My past experiences with realtors was kind of like that TV show House Hunters, look at 3 house and pick one. We started our hunt August 23 2020 and after 8 offers on February 21 we finally had a accepted offer. We looked at more houses then I could count, she was always quick to getting back to me about all my questions. She was good at asking us the right questions to help us figure out what we wanted. With such a long house hunt she had to play voice of reason more then ounce. Great at listening to what our needs were to help guide us but not push us. Never once did I feel like her goal was anything but finding the right house for us. I could go on and on but I believe reviews can get to wordy and then people ignore them. Use Charlotte you will not be disappointed.
