•Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Joan Brinkley sell our home. From our very first meeting, Joan showed herself to be a true professional. She took her time explaining the entire real estate process. We really felt like we had someone on our side, looking after our best interest. Joan did everything possible to showcase the best aspects of our home. Most importantly, she made herself available to us if we had any questions or concerns. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. She exhibited true professionalism and integrity. We whole-heartedly recommend Joan Brinkley. She will take care of you the same way she took care of us.
Best͏ Experience EVER! We cannot say enough about our experience with David Porchas! David listened to our concerns; answered our questions and provided excellent suggestions. While we were in escrow, we had an unforeseen emergency at the home. With one phone call, David was at our home with his tool belt on ready for action. He managed our crisis and calmed our fears. We were able to rest easy knowing David was on our side working for us. David was always available for phone conversations and made sure we understood complicated real estate jargon; as well as, the reason for what we were doing. I wholeheartedly recommend David to be your real estate agent.

Absolute͏ best! I can’t praise David enough. Through every step of selling our home, David kept us informed, he told us everything we needed to know to make the best decisions possible. He literally went above and beyond. At one point our home was broken into and we found large appliances prepped to be removed and stolen. David literally came to the home, with tools in hand, and help us secure the property, changed deadbolts and made sure we were ok. His advice and support was invaluable. David and his team worked together to help our escrow to close as expected and when it looked like we might incur extra fees because of a delay from the buyer he made sure that didn’t happen. Also, David was very experienced in handling the sale of our home we had placed in our family trust. This might’ve added some complexity to the sale but David knew how paperwork should be completed to avoid any delays. I can say the same about our entire transaction, David went over all docs with us before signing and caught and corrected errors created by the buyer’s agent that might’ve been problems later on. Working with David was just an absolute amazing experience. We were fortunate to have the benefit of his knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. His entire team is tremendous, and you reap the benefits of all the strong relationships he has built with other highly competent and qualified real estate professionals. I wholeheartedly recommend David Porchas and his group to represent you in all your real estate transactions.
