I had the privilege of working directly with Joni Brinkley of Realty One Group West, starting in February 2022, to sell our family home. From the first meeting, Joni Brinkley was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. With her guidance & years of real estate experience, my siblings and I knew what steps to take; two of her suggestions--for an exterior power-wash; and, interior deep-cleaning done by an expert cleaning team to which Joni referred me--were instrumental in vastly improving our home's overall appearance, enabling things to get off to a great start. Our home's title being held in a Trust complicated things a bit, so special arrangements were made to streamline the process of my siblings & me reviewing and signing documents. Joni was focused and well organized; she also provided each of us with a USB flash drive containing all the documents that we signed. Throughout the entire process, Joni was available to help in every way possible, and was actively involved-- from delivering (& picking up) a portable table for our use during our estate and garage sales, to providing a nice tablecloth and a vase of fresh flowers on the dining table for welcoming guests that came to view our home. We didn't have to think twice about the Open House or the private viewings; all the details were taken care of for us. Knowing that Joni was overseeing so many aspects of the sale process gave us peace of mind & assurance that we had made a wise choice in a realtor. Joni made punctuality a priority, & promptly responded (by text, email, phone call or in person) to questions or issues. One time when none of us siblings were available, Joni drove miles out of her way (on the spur of the moment) to meet a gas company field technician at the house so that he could resolve a leak issue. Thanks to Joni's dedication & expertise, our home sold quickly & at a very good price. I was definitely satisfied and would not hesitate to refer other potential clients to her.

I was very pleased with Joan's real estate expertise and extensive knowledge regarding the entire process of selling my and my siblings' Mom's house. I was happy with the initial listing, and also the extremely timely manner in which we received an offer, and in addition, how quickly it sold -- I was pleasantly surprised by that.
