Danielle Robinson over exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent. Her actions were always professional and personable at the same time. She accompanied me to every viewing of 10 different properties. Even though I had my heart set on one, she advised me to look, consider and weigh my options. Six months before I began the process of selling the house I had lived in for 33 years I consulted with Lori. She advised me on the key things I need to fix or change before I went on the market. That gave me time to take down an aging patio, remove stained carpet and start cleaning up in the backyard. It was especially helpful when she told what I didn't have to fix. When I found a house I wanted to more into it became a race against time to get escrow concluded in time to secure this house. Lori was skillful in dealing with the buyer's realtor and the buyer's buyer's realtor, three houses had to sell. She maintained cordial relations with everyone and we made our deadline on December 31st. The market was dropping at the time we put our house on the MLS list. To took weeks to sell it. I was ready to just take the low ball price, but she held steady and kept me steady. She believed in the value of the house and we got very close to what we had asked. I consider myself luck to have had Lori as my realtor.
